bunch beets - sliced into ~¼ inch thick rounds
~1 tablespoon oil
½-1
teaspoon
salt
pinch
black pepper
¼
teaspoon
paprika
¼
teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Add beets to boiling water. Boil for 10-15 minutes, until the beets are fork tender and can easily be smashed.
Add beets to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Make sure to pat off any excess water.
Coat beets in oil, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
Bake beets for 30-40 minutes, until they are cooked through and crisped.
Serve beets with your favorite sauce or protein.

This makes 3-4 servings of beets.
