Thinly slice brussels vertically from root to top. I cut about 4 slices per sprout.
Add sliced brussels to a bowl. Toss with remaining ingredients.
Add brussels to an air fryer in an even layer, avoiding crowding the brussels. It took me two batches to air fry mine.
Air fry brussels at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes, until desired level of crispness has been reached. Repeat for every batch you are making. If you are using an oven, add brussels to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-20 minutes at 425 degrees or until crisp.
