this makes the ice cream creamier and less icy, but you can omit if you are allergic

cottage cheese i like to use full fat but lower fat could also work
¼-1/3

honey

crushed creme sandwich cookies (oreos or oreo dupes)

vanilla
Instructions
Add cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
Add ice cream to a bowl or loaf pan. Add in cookies and mix together. Freeze ice cream for 2.5-3.5 hours until ice cream is set.**
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
**If your ice cream comes out very icy simply let it sit out for 15-30 minutes. This will soften it up.
