Cottage Cheese Brownie Batter (high protein)

This Cottage Cheese Brownie Batter (high protein) is a delicious way to enjoy cottage cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16 oz container cottage cheese
  • cup + 1 tablespoon maple syrup adjust to your sweetness preference
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • ½ cup cacao

Instructions
 

  • Add cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Add cottage cheese mixture to a bowl and mix with oat flour and cacao. If the mixture is too thin add more flour and if it is too thick add more maple syrup or a splash of water.
  • Serve dip with your favorite cookies or fruit.

This makes a lot of brownie batter, about 8 servings
