heads baby bok choy - finely chopped

carrots -
julienned
or finely sliced

scallions - finely chopped

cashews - roughly chopped or crushed

cilantro - finely chopped

package 12-16 ounce edamame - cooked and shelled
you can buy pre shelled or shell them your self
Dressing

sesame oil

soy sauce

rice vinegar

teaspoon
sriracha

garlic clove - minced or grated

teaspoon
grated ginger

teaspoon
honey or maple syrup
Instructions
Add all salad ingredients to a bowl.
Mix together dressing.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
Notes
