  • Add strawberries, milk, cacao, yogurt and protein powder to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Add half of the chia seeds to a jar, bowl or glass along with half of the strawberry mixture. Mix until combined. Repeat with the other half of the chia seeds and strawberry mixture to make the second portion.
  • Refrigerate both portions of the pudding for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Top off chia pudding with yogurt, cacao nibs, strawberries and bee pollen if using.
