Add cottage cheese, cacao, almond butter, vanilla and honey to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
Add ice cream to a loaf pan or container and freeze for 2-3 hours until set.
Serve ice cream topping with flaky sea salt if desired.
Notes
This makes 2-3 servings of ice cream.This ice cream will come out very hard after sitting in the freezer for more than a few hours, to combat this let it sit out for 30 minutes or so to soften.
