Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. This takes about 2 minutes. I scraped down the sides a few times.
Pour pudding into a glass jar or bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Eat with your favorite toppings, I went with cacao nibs and flaky salt.
Notes
If your chia pudding comes out thicker than you like just mix in some extra milk. This is likely due to your protein powder having thickeners.This makes 1 serving of chia pudding so nutritional information is for the whole recipe.
