  • 2 cups frozen or fresh blackberries
  • 1 ripe spotty frozen or fresh banana
  • 2 heaping cups frozen cauliflower florets or rich
  • 2 servings vanilla protein powder
  • 1 heaping tablespoon cacao
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 ½-2 cups water adjust to the consistency you like

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Store the leftovers in a sealed jar in the fridge overnight.
