Add tofu to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Toss with a splash of oil and spices. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
While tofu is cooking, make your slaw. Add all slaw ingredients to a bowl and mix together until everything is fully coated.
Once your tofu is cooked add it to a skillet over low-medium heat. Mix together water, soy sauce and bbq sauce and pour over tofu. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes to let the tofu absorb.
Warm taco shells in the microwave or stove top. Top with tofu, slaw and green scallions. Dig in and enjoy!
