Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add green beans, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 5 minutes, or until green beans are cooked through.
Mix together dressing in a bowl.
Add dressing, green beans and the rest of the salad ingredients to a large bowl. Toss to combine and dig in.

This makes 3-5 servings of salad depending on how hungry you are.
