  • 1 slice hearty bread I recommend sourdough
  • 2-3 tablespoons Cottage cheese
  • 1 Thinly sliced ripe pear
  • teaspoon Cinnamon or pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon Maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Spread cottage cheese evenly over your slice of bread.
  • Layer the thin pear slices on top.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Drizzle with maple syrup.
  • Air fry at 400°F for about 7 minutes, until warm and lightly toasted.
  • Finish with mint and bee pollen if desired.
