  • 1 piece sourdough or bread of choice
  • teaspoon cinnamon (or to taste)
  • pinch flaky sea salt
  • 2-4 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • ½-1 finely sliced banana
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey
  • +optional toppings of bee pollen and fresh chopped mint

Instructions
 

  • Spread cottage cheese on toast, top with bananas, cinnamon, salt and honey.
  • Air fry toast for 6-7 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • Oven instructions: Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  • Top toast with bee pollen and mint if using and dig in.
