air fried blistered lemon shishito peppers

These air fried blistered lemon shishito peppers are the perfect healthy snack or side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz container of shishito peppers
  • ~1 tablespoon oil of choice
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • pinch salt/pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Toss shishitos in oil, lemon and spices.
  • Add shishitos to your air fryer in an even layer.
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes until browned. Shake once halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Let shishitos cool and serve on their own or with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

If you don't have an air fryer you can sautee the peppers at medium high heat for 5-8 minutes until blistered.
