Granola bark

This granola bark is a delicious and healthy sweet treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chocolate chips or chopped chocolate I like dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil This helps the chocolate melt more smoothly
  • 3 cups granola
  • 1-3 tablespoons nut or seed butter of choice
  • flaky sea salt to taste optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt together chocolate and coconut oil. I melted mine in 3 30 second intervals in the microwave.
  • Mix together chocolate and granola. Spread out on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze for about 10 minutes or refrigerate for about 20. You want the chocolate to be hard.
  • Drizzle nut butter over granola bark. Add desired about of flaky sea salt. Refrigerate for another 5 minutes.
  • Cut or break apart granola bark. Enjoy.

Notes

This makes 9 large squares of granola bark. This could be anywhere from 9-16 servings depending on how big of a piece you want to eat.
