These vegan milky ways (mars bars) are the perfect healthy treat.

This makes 6-8 milky ways
Nougat Layer
12-14 dates
1 tbsp cacao
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup almond flour
Caramel Layer
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup melted and warm coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Layer
1 dark chocolate bar
1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
First make the nougat layer. Blend all nougat ingredients in a blender or food processor until a paste forms. Press the paste into a flat layer in a lined or silicone loaf pan. Set aside in the freezer.
Next make the caramel layer. Mix together all caramel ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Pour caramel over nougat layer and freeze for 1 hour or until caramel is hard.
After the first two layers are done freezing, make the chocolate layer. Melt together chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave or stove top until smooth. Remove nougat and caramel layer from the loaf pan and slice into 6-8 even slices. Pour chocolate over each slice.
Freeze milky ways for 5-10 minutes or until chocolate is set. Cut into squares and enjoy. This can be stored in the fridge for several days or in the freezer for months.
