This mint chip smoothie with banana and spinach is the smoothie recipe of your dreams.

This makes 2 servings of smoothie

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups frozen cauliflower florets or rice
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 servings vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint or 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • seeds 1 tbsp of each - flax, chia and hemp (optional but adds texture and nutrients)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1- 1 1/2 cups water

Optional Toppings

  • Cacao nibs for crunch

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender. Blend on high until smooth. Top with cacao nibs if using.
  2. Store the extra smoothie in a sealed jar in your fridge for up to 24 hours.
