This Chocolate Blueberry Mint Protein Smoothie with Hemp Seeds will be your new favorite smoothie recipe.

Ingredients

This makes 2 servings of smoothie

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen wild blueberries (can use regular)
  • 1 frozen banana
  •  1 1/2 cups frozen cauliflower cut into tiny florets or frozen zucchini
  • 2 handfuls frozen spinach
  • 2 servings vanilla protein powder (I like sprout living, use code avocadoskillet20 for 20% off)
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract or a few fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 small avocado or 1/4 large
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 1/2-2 cups water (depends how thick you like your smoothie)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. I like to layer my smoothie with granola. Extra smoothie can be stored in the fridge overnight.
