This makes 2 servings of smoothie
1 1/2 cups frozen wild blueberries (can use regular)
1 frozen banana
1 1/2 cups frozen cauliflower cut into tiny florets or frozen zucchini
2 handfuls frozen spinach
2 servings vanilla protein powder (I like sprout living, use code avocadoskillet20 for 20% off)
1/2 tsp mint extract or a few fresh mint leaves
1/2 small avocado or 1/4 large
2 tbsp cacao
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 1/2-2 cups water (depends how thick you like your smoothie)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. I like to layer my smoothie with granola. Extra smoothie can be stored in the fridge overnight.
