Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon
  • 4 lemons - juiced
  • 1-4 tablespoons honey Adjust to your sweetness preference, I used about 3
  • 1 small handful - mint
  • 1 12 oz bottle or can sparkling water Add more or less as desired

Instructions
 

  • Add mint, watermelon, honey and lemon to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Add ice to 1 12 oz glass*. Fill halfway with the watermelon mixture and halfway with sparkling water. Repeat for as many drinks as you want to make**

Notes

This makes 3-5 servings depending on how much you dilute it with the sparkling water and how big of drinks you make.
*This will make enough for 3 drinks in 12 ounce glasses. Feel free to use a bigger glass and make less drinks or more diluted drinks.
**I recommend storing the watermelon juice on its own and adding the sparkling water as you want to make drinks. This prevents the sparkling water from going flat
