Toss tofu in oil, soy sauce, starch and spices until fully coated. Add tofu to a lined sheet pan and roast at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Alternatively you can air fry the tofu at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Mix together your golden goddess salad dressing a bowl until fully combined.
Toss salad ingredients with tofu and dressing in a large bowl.
