Ingredients
  

  • ½ cucumber - thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado - sliced
  • 2 thin slices of tomato
  • mustard
  • 1 piece lettuce of choice
  • 3-4 tablespoon hummus
  • 2 slices of toasted sourdough or any bread you like

Instructions
 

  • Spread hummus and mustard on your bread. Top bread with tomato, cucumber, avocado and lettuce. Cut in half and dig in.
