Ingredients
  

  • ½ avocado
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1 clove garlic - minced or grated
  • 1 tablespoon hot honey
  • cup finely chopped celery
  • 3 scallions - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • juice from ½ lime
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup finely chopped parsley or cilantro
  • salt/pepper to taste

Other ingredients

  • 2 wraps
  • 2 pieces lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl. Mash together the tuna and avocado and mix everything up.
  • Divide out the tuna amongst two wraps, top with lettuce.

Notes

This makes enough for 2 wraps. You can also serve this on bread or with crackers.
