Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Toss tofu with all ingredients under the tofu section. Add to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or silicone.
Add broccoli florets to the same sheet pan and coat with all ingredients under broccoli section.
Bake tofu and broccoli for 30-35 minutes. If your broccoli starts to burn, take it out before the tofu. I like mine on the crisp side and took it out after 30 minutes but let the tofu cook for 35 minutes.
Mix together hot honey sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Add hot honey to a sauce pot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer for 2 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Toss together tofu with hot honey sauce. Divide out tofu, rice and broccoli amongst two bowls. Top with cilantro and dig in.
