Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree from a can
  • 1 ½ cups frozen cauliflower
  • 2 frozen or fresh bananas
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice can omit or sub more cinnamon
  • 2 servings vanilla or chocolate plant protein
  • 1-2 cups water adjust to your thickness preference

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve with your favorite toppings, I like granola and cacao nibs.
  • Store the extra smoothie in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours as needed.
