quinoa

panko bread crumbs
use gluten free if needed

nutritional yeast

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
paprika
black pepper to taste

eggs
Cashew Aioli
optional

cashews
soaked for 4 hours or 15 minutes in very hot water if you don't have a high powered blender

water

cloves
garlic

teaspoon
mustard
black pepper to taste
¼-1/2
teaspoon
salt
to taste
juice from 1 lemon

tablespoon
nutritional yeast
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Add all fritter ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
Form 9-10 evenly sized fritters (using 3-4 tablespoons of dough) on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake fritters for 30-35 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
Add all aioli ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve fritters with aioli and your favorite protein or salad.
Notes
This makes 2-4 servings of fritters.
