Air Fryer Peach Honey Ricotta Toast

peach - finely sliced

honey

tablespoons
ricotta
pinch
of cinnamon

slice
sourdough or bread of choice*
pinch sea salt or flaky sea salt

teaspoon
chopped mint optional

teaspoon
bee pollen
optional
Instructions
Spread ricotta on toast. Top with peaches, and a pinch of cinnamon. Drizzle with honey.
Air fry toast for 6-8 minutes at 400 degrees. If you do not have an air fryer you can bake at 425 degrees on a lined sheet pan for 8-12 minutes.
Remove toast from air fryer and top with mint, salt and bee pollen if using.
Notes
I recommend using a thick and hearty bread for this recipe.
