Air Fryer Peach Honey Ricotta Toast

This Air Fryer Peach Ricotta Toast is a delicious healthy toast recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ peach - finely sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2-3 tablespoons ricotta
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 slice sourdough or bread of choice*
  • pinch sea salt or flaky sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped mint optional
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen optional

Instructions
 

  • Spread ricotta on toast. Top with peaches, and a pinch of cinnamon. Drizzle with honey.
  • Air fry toast for 6-8 minutes at 400 degrees. If you do not have an air fryer you can bake at 425 degrees on a lined sheet pan for 8-12 minutes.
  • Remove toast from air fryer and top with mint, salt and bee pollen if using.

Notes

I recommend using a thick and hearty bread for this recipe.
