Air Fryer Honey Kiwi Toast

- 1-2 tablespoons almond butter or nut/seed butter of choice use enough to cover your toast
- 1 kiwi finely sliced I left the skin on mine
- pinch flaky salt
- pinch cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh chopped mint
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen optional
- 1 slice sourdough or bread of choice
Spread almond butter on toast. Top with kiwi, and a pinch of salt and cinnamon. Drizzle with honey.
Air fry toast for 6-8 minutes at 400 degrees. If you don't have an air fryer you can bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Remove toast from air fryer and top with mint and bee pollen if using. Enjoy.
