bread of choice - i used sourdough

dates - finely sliced
I used 2 dates for a big piece of sourdough
1-2
tablespoons
nut or seed butter of choice
enough to cover your bread, I used about 2 tablespoons for a big piece of sourdough

cinnamon

hot honey
pinch flaky salt

fresh mint (optional)

bee pollen (optional)
Instructions
Spread almond butter on toast. Top with dates, and a pinch of salt and cinnamon. Drizzle with honey.
Air fry toast for 6-8 minutes at 400 degrees. If you don't have an air fryer you can bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Remove toast from air fryer and top with mint and bee pollen if using. Enjoy.
Notes
This makes enough for 1 big piece of toast.
