Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 bunch asparagus - tops cut off and then finely sliced remove the tough bottom first
  • ~.5 pound shrimp this is about 18-20 small shrimp or about 12 normal
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • juice from 1-2 lemons Adjust to how lemony you want the dish
  • zest from 1 lemon
  • ½ cup dill - finely chopped
  • cup grated parmesan
  • 2 cups cooked orzo
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Add butter to skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus along with a pinch of salt and pepper, cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Push asparagus to the side and add shrimp along with another pinch of salt and pepper, cook for 90 seconds on each side.
  • Add lemon, lemon zest and garlic to the pot. Stir to combine and cook for another 60 seconds.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to the pot, stir until fully combined. Remove from heat and serve.
