This makes enough to dress a large salad

  • 1/2 cup vegan unsweetened yogurt (I used coconut can sub greek)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 garlic cloves - minced
  • juice from 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Mix together all dressing ingredients in a bowl or jar. Mix with your favorite salad or save for later in a sealed jar in your fridge.
