Substitutions
- almond butter - feel free to sub in your favorite nut butter.
- chia seeds - you can sub in flax or hemp seeds or leave these out.
- cacao powder - you can use cocoa powder instead.

Chocolate Apple Pie Protein Smoothie With Dates and Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 2 small apples
- 1 ripe banana frozen is best
- 2 cups frozen cauliflower florets I freeze mine from fresh
- ¼ avocado
- 1 pitted medjool date can omit but adds a nice flavor
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cacao
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter

- 1-2 cups water adjust to your thickness preference
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Store extra smoothie in your fridge in a sealed jar for up to 24 hours
