  • 2 cups frozen or fresh blackberries
  • 1 ripe spotty frozen or fresh banana
  • 2 heaping cups frozen cauliflower florets or rich
  • 2 servings vanilla protein powder
  • 1 heaping tbsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 1/2-2 cups water (adjust to the consistency you like)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Store the leftovers in a sealed jar in the fridge overnight.
