Substitutions
- Almond butter - this can be subbed with any nut butter.
- Cauliflower - this can be subbed with broccoli or zucchini.

Blackberry Avocado Banana Smoothie with Cauliflower (vegan)
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen or fresh blackberries
- 1 ripe spotty frozen or fresh banana
- 2 heaping cups frozen cauliflower florets or rich
- 2 servings vanilla protein powder
- 1 heaping tablespoon cacao
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- ½ avocado
- 1 ½-2 cups water adjust to the consistency you like
