Baked Miso Honey Glazed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- ~20 mushrooms - quartered
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 tablespoon miso
- ½ tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil or neutral oil of choice
- pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix together miso, honey, oil and garlic in a small bowl.
- Add all mushrooms to a bowl and toss together with miso mixture. Since the sauce is thick you will have to really shake the mushrooms to get them fully coated.
- Add mushrooms to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-35 minutes.
- Let mushrooms cool and serve with your favorite proteins and sides.
