1 spring roll
1/2 small banana - cut into 6 slices
~1 tbsp chocolate chips
~1 heaping tablespoon almond butter
Instructions
In a wide shallow bowl, add warm water and soak a piece of rice paper for about 15 seconds (follow the instructions on the packet). Lay out the rice paper on a clean, dry cutting board.
Add the banana slices to the spring roll in an even layer. Top with almond butter and chocolate chips.
Fold in the sides of the spring roll and roll to create a spring roll.
Line air fryer with parchment paper or foil. Add spring roll to air fryer seam side up (this is important to prevent the roll from leaking). Air fry for 6-8 minutes at 400 degrees.
Let cool, slice and enjoy. The roll will be a little sticky and gooey but still crisp.
